GemaSure Hosted Services.

Provides an all inclusive three year Fully Managed Service Contract for the provision of a comprehensive telecoms business continuity solution to recover a company’s incoming calls.

As the business world moves more and more towards the outsourcing of specialist services including telecoms and IT services to specialist suppliers, with such services paid for out of annual operating expenditure budgets rather than their capital expenditure budgets, GemaTech have recognised that many companies may wish to avail themselves of GemaTech’s products and services on a similar basis.

Consequently, GemaTech have launched their GemaSure Fully Managed Service to provide a comprehensive telecoms business continuity service for customers who wish to avail themselves of an all embracing solution via a minimum three year contract.

GemaSure’s Fully Managed Service is available to customer’s who wish to deploy either GemaTech’s full Business Continuity Manager (BCM) for comprehensive call centre telecoms recovery or Business Continuity Manager LITE (BCMLITE) for comprehensive geographic DDI recovery inclusive of their respective secure voice recording options (SVR) and (SVRLITE) respectively.

The Service includes the provision of all necessary GemaTech hardware and software to deliver the respective service including full 365x24x7 maintenance and support; rack space rental in the appropriate / selected carrier’s exchange including secure data access through GemaTech’s firewall; provision of UPS to GemaTech equipment and provision of all necessary additional ISDN30 and G.703 circuits. Note however that BT requires that the end-user customer procure the necessary circuits to ensure effective transfer of calls – which GemaTech arrange for through an approved BT Partner.

Implementation of the service carries an initial Evaluation Fee of £1,000 followed by a Set-Up Fee of £1,750 (£2,750 if the secure voice recording module is selected) followed by any number of payment permutations to meet the customer’s specific needs ranging from three annual payments made annually in advance to thirty six monthly payments paid monthly in advance.
